Cancellation Policy

• 60% deposit required to secure booking;
• A minimum charge of 10% is applicable to all cancellations and refunds;
• If booking is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, 10% of full invoice will be charged;
• If cancelled up to 21 days before arrival, 25% of full invoice will be charged;
• If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of full invoice will be charged;
• If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 75% of full invoice will be charged;
• If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the full invoice will be payable;
• No refund is given during peak seasons / holidays.

 

Peak Season / Holidays are as follows:

-         15 December 2011 – 10 January 2012;

-         21 March – 9 April 2012;

-         1 – 15 July 2012;

-         15 December 2012 – 10 January 2013.

Ø     Check-in time is from 14h00 – 20h00, after-hours arrivals must be arranged;

Ø     Check-out time is at 11h00;

Ø     Breakfast is optional from 07h30 – 10h00.
